Peru is still a country to be explored and discover ancient trails that were built thousands of years ago. We have more than 20 years exploring and finding ancient trails that are perfect for mountain biking all over Peru. We know that there’s still a lot to be explored but we already know which and where are the best trails that will make this adventure a unique and memorable experience of a lifetime! The variety of trails in this trip is so diverse that we will be riding our bikes from 0 to 4,500 meters of elevation and in the coast as well as in the Andes Mountains and very close to the jungle.
Nowadays, Peru is being recognized as one of the best destinations for mountain biking around the world not only by the quality of the trails but also for their history and culture of thousands of years old reflected on old fortresses and a trail network of more than 20,000Km. Also in Peru, we have an amazing food that it’s one of the highlights of this trip.

Our bus takes us from Cusco, for about 2 hours, to the heights of the community of CUYO GRANDE. The cycling trip is along the flat land, with gentle up and down hills until we reach the community of COLQUEPATA. Here we take a rest and enjoy an energizing lunch, to continue descending along the ruin of an Inca trail to the town of Paucartambo. Here we put the bicycles on the bus, which take us to the lookout at tres cruces (3880m) where we camp.
Today we get up before dawn to see the fabulous spectacle of the sunrise which comes up between the clouds of the forest and reaches our feet. After a restorative hot breakfast, we take our bikes and start to ride from the campsite to the checkpoint to the National Park of Manu on what will be a day of downhill on the dirt road. We are surprised by the extreme change in scenery as it gradually changes into dense vegetation of the jungle. In the middle of the jungle we will be having our lunch from there to see our campsite, on the way if we have good luck we will see the national bird of Peru ( coco of the rock), and other type of birds and animals, if the climate it is so hot lest enjoy a good shower in the river.
